Gabrielina Polanco

Gabrielina Polanco originally hails from Tamboril, Santiago in the Dominican Republic. Gabrielina has lived in the United States for more than 20 years. In the Dominican Republic Gabrielina managed an insurance company for five years. Gabrielina's past work experience includes working at La Guardia Airport in New York and Reading Hospital and Medical Center in Pennsylvania.
In 2005, Gasbrielina was hired to lead an anti-smoking campaign where she organized groups to help Latinos stop smoking in three counties.
Gabrielina currently lives in the Reading, Pennsylvania area with her husband and twin sons, Ricardo and Alberto. Gabrielina joined the staff of Democracia USA in August 2006 as a field organizer.
